I love teaching parents how to use these techniques on their little ones. Through reflexology, you can support your baby's health and wellbeing naturally, nurturing their growth and development as well as nourishing your bond.
Baby Reflex was originally developed by reflexologist and physiotherapist, Jenny Lee in the 1980's. During her research and studies with children, she determined that regular reflexology can improve sleep, reduce symptoms of conditions such as asthma, relieve discomforts and improve behaviour. Following these studies, Jenny continued to work with babies and children and to teach parents how to treat their own children.
During Baby Reflex lessons, we focus on common ailments such as reflux, constipation, colic and teething. We also look at techniques that can help to boost immunity, relieve cold symptoms and engage their nervous system to help ease them into a good night's sleep.
These techniques provide you with a convenient, fuss free tool at your fingertips to be applied whenever and wherever it's needed. You can even practise when carrying your baby in a sling in the supermarket. Just a few minutes a day can help to improve your child's health and wellbeing and bring a sense of calm.
